Commercial Project for Junior High School
Proses Belajar Mengajar ICT di sekolah adalah sesuatu yang menyenangkan bila di fasilitasi dengan pemenuhan Komputer yang mencukupi untuk masing-masing siswa. Dengan demikian Sekolah perlu menyediakan fasilitas yang sesuai dengan proses Pembelajaran ICT. Selain itu Sekolah juga perlu membatasi jumlah murid dalam satu kelas sehingga pengaturan kelas untuk Proses Pembelajaran ICT menjadi terorganisir.
Di Global Prestasi School Fasilitas itu sangat memadai, sehingga siswa mendapat porsi yang seharusnya dalam mengembangkan skill ICT mereka. Selain itu Global Prestasi School (GPS) telah mengembangkan tehnik pembelajaran "Project Base Learning" dalam Pembelajaran ICT.
Salah satunya adalah Commercial Project yaitu Memberikan keahlian kepada siswa untuk membuat Proses Editing Video. Tujuan dari Pembelajaran ini adalah diharapkan (1) siswa mengetahui Sumber daya manusia dalam dunia Broadcasting, (2) Siswa mengetahui Pergerakan Kamera dan Pengambilan Gambar (3) Siswa mengetahui Proses Produksi sebuah Film, dan (4) Siswa mampu untuk mengedit Video dan menyelesaikannya menjadi sebuah VCD.
Para siswa semangat sekali membuat project ini karena mereka mendapat hal baru yang bisa mengeksplorasi daya cipta dan kreasi mereka.

Years ago a John Hopkin's professor gave a group of graduate students this assignment: Go to the slums. Take 200 boys, between the ages of 12 and 16, and investigate their background and environment. Then predict their chances for the future.
The students, after consulting social statistics, talking to the boys, and compiling much data, concluded that 90 percent of the boys would spend some time in jail.
Twenty-five years later another group of graducate students was given the job of testing the prediction. They went back to the same area. Some of the boys - by then men - were still there, a few had died, some had moved away, but they got in touch with 180 of the original 200. They found that only four of the group had ever been sent to jail.
Why was it that these men, who had lived in a breeding place of crime, had such a surprisingly good record? The researchers were continually told: "Well, there was a teacher..."
They pressed further, and found that in 75 percent of the cases it was the same woman. The researchers went to this teacher, now living in a home for retired teachers. How had she exerted this remarkable influence over that group of children? Could she give them any reason why these boys should have remembered her?
"No," she said, "no I really couldn't." And then, thinking back over the years, she said musingly, more to herself than to her questioners: "I loved those boys...."

37 KEBIASAAN ORANG TUA YANG MEMBAWA PRILAKU BURUK TERHADAP ANAK
Kebiasaan I : Raja yang tak pernah salah
Kasus : Anak baru berjalan, menabrak meja/kursi, jatuh dan menangis. Lalu orang tua memukul meja/kursi yang ditabrak oleh anak.
Akibat : Hal tersebut akan menyebabkan anak merasa orang lainlah yang bersalah dan dia selalu benar pada saat dia membuat kesalahan.
Sebaiknya : Ajarilah untuk bertanggung jawab, dengan cara peluk dia, dan usap bagian yang sakit dan katakan : “Sayang, kamu terbentur, ya. Sakit? Lain kali hati-hati kalau jalan, pelan-pelan saja dulu supaya tidak terbentur.
Kebiasaan II : Berbohong kecil dan sering
Kasus : Orang tua terburu-buru hendak ke kantor. Anak minta ikut. Orang tua bilang, “Papa/Mama pergi sebentar kok”. Padahal pulang malam. Atau, pada saat menyuapi makan, “Makan susah, gak diajak jalan-jalan”.
Akibat : Anak mulai tidak menuruti percatan orang tua pada saat sudah beranjak besar.
Sebaiknya : Pastikan kita tetap Jujur kepada mereka, katakanlah, “Sayang, Papa/Mama akan ke kantor, jadi kamu tidak bisa ikut, tapi kalau ke kebun binatang pasti kamu ikut”.Memang mereka akan menangis, berikanlah pengertian terus menerus, pasti juga akan mengerti.

Kasus : Anak naik meja. “Adik jangan naik meja, jatuh tidak ada yang nolong. Papa/Mama marah”
Akibat : Pola mendidik akan dipelajari anak (karena mereka adalah anak yang cerdas), Anak bisa membalikkannya untuk mengontrol orang tua.
Sebaiknya : Dekati anak, hadapkan seluruh tubuhnya, tatap matanya dengan lembut dan katakan, Sayang, Papa/Mama tidak senang dengan perlakuanmu terhadap adik/orang lain.
